According to Neowin , following its success on PC, Planet Zoo, developed by Frontier Developments, will officially be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S next March.
Hailed as the successor to the legendary Zoo Tycoon series, Planet Zoo launched on PC in 2019 and quickly captivated a large audience, selling 1 million copies in just the first six months. Now, a console version will offer a truly authentic zoo management experience for gamers who love this platform.

Planet Zoo: Console Edition promises to deliver satisfaction by including all the features, content, and over four years of free updates from the PC version. Players will be able to build, customize, and manage their dream zoos, caring for a wide variety of animals with different personalities and needs. Intuitive tools will also help amateur zookeepers easily get started on their journey.
Regarding pricing, the standard version of Planet Zoo on consoles will cost $49.99 (approximately 1.2 million VND). Meanwhile, the Deluxe Edition, priced at $59.99, adds 16 new animal species and 2 story missions. Finally, the Ultimate Edition, costing $119.99, will combine everything from the Deluxe Edition plus a Season Pass promising 14 upcoming premium content packages.

Players who pre-order the game starting now will receive three exclusive animals: Pygmy Hippopotamus, Komodo Dragon, and Thomson's Gazelle.
