The event was lively, featuring numerous in-depth discussions focusing on strategies for building a high-quality digital workforce to meet Vietnam's sustainable development requirements in the digital age.
In his opening remarks, Associate Professor Hoang Huu Hanh, Deputy Director of the National Digital Transformation Department, Ministry of Science and Technology , emphasized: "Digital transformation is not just about technology, but more importantly, it's about people, skills, and digital thinking. In the National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with a vision to 2030, developing digital human resources is identified as one of the three key pillars, alongside digital infrastructure and artificial intelligence."

According to Mr. Hoang Huu Hanh, investing in human resources is the decisive factor in the speed and success of the national digital transformation process. The Ministry of Science and Technology is playing a leading role in building an innovation ecosystem, creating a favorable environment to nurture young technological talents, and contributing to the formation of a strong digital workforce for the country.
As the leading institution, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology continues to affirm its pioneering position in connecting training institutions, businesses, and international organizations, promoting multi-faceted cooperation in the development of digital human resources.
Speaking at the Forum, Associate Professor Tran Quang Anh, Deputy Director of PTIT, said that PTIT is proud of its mission to nurture a generation of digital citizens and digital innovators who will lead Vietnam's journey towards a knowledge-based economy and sustainable development. However, no organization can do this alone. Collaboration between education, businesses, and the government is key to forming a strong digital workforce ecosystem.

Dr. Do Trung Anh - Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (PTIT) presented the Strategic Orientation for the Development of Vietnam's Digital Human Resources through International Cooperation.
This year's forum attracted the participation of many international experts and representatives from major technology corporations.

Klaus Wehage, CEO of 10X Innovation Lab (USA), shared insights into the Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem model.

Mr. Yong Tae Kim, Director of LetuinEdu Vietnam, discussed Vietnam's semiconductor workforce needs and South Korea-Vietnam training cooperation.

Ms. Do Thi Thu Huong, Director of External Relations for the Vietnamese Government (Intel), shared a global case study and its application in Vietnam in enhancing digital skills and empowering communities through artificial intelligence.

Tyler Shun, Education and Healthcare Solutions Specialist (Huawei Asia Pacific), introduced educational technology solutions and smart platforms that support the development of digital talent.
Additionally, Ms. Galina Salnikova, United Nations Youth Engagement and Coordination Officer in Vietnam, along with Mr. Lourino Chemane and Mr. Coustantins Sotomarie from the National Institute for Information and Communication Technology of Mozambique (INTIC), shared their experiences in international cooperation in digital workforce development.
This year's forum also attracted representatives from Google, the US Embassy, VINASA, and numerous research institutes, universities, and businesses from both within and outside the country. The diverse participation of stakeholders created a vibrant and open dialogue atmosphere, while also opening up opportunities for multifaceted cooperation in the field of training and developing digital human resources.

International speakers and representatives from technology companies participated in the forum.
In the final discussion session, themed "Global Cooperation in the Development of Digital Human Resources at the University Level," delegates agreed that Vietnam needs to strengthen the connection between academia, businesses, and the government, while also innovating training programs to align with practical applications and new technologies.
