Party Committees of Central Party Agencies: Review, evaluate, and rank the Standing Committee and collectives/individuals in 2025.

(CPV) - On the morning of December 15, the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies held a conference to review, evaluate, and classify the Standing Committee and collectives and individuals for the year 2025. Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Member of the Political Bureau, Standing Secretary of the Central Party Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies, chaired the conference.

Attending the conference were members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee; and representatives of the leadership of the Party Committee's departments and units.

Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Member of the Political Bureau, Standing Member of the Secretariat, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies, chaired the conference.

At the conference, the members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Party agencies focused on discussing and comprehensively evaluating the strengths and achievements in 2025; identifying limitations, shortcomings, and their causes; and outlining directions and measures to overcome these limitations in the future.

According to the assessment, in 2025, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee promoted a spirit of unity and consensus, focused on leadership, and proposed to the Party Committee to lead and direct the entire Party Committee to complete a large volume of work, ensuring compliance with Party regulations and meeting the requirements of the assigned tasks.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee directed and managed work according to the work program, promptly and correctly handling emerging issues; ensuring comprehensive, focused, and targeted leadership in all aspects of Party building work. It reported fully and promptly to the Central Committee, the Politburo , and the Secretariat on important issues of the Party Committee.

Focus on leading and directing the thorough understanding and concretization of resolutions, directives, conclusions, and regulations of the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat, and effectively organize their implementation. Propose to the Party Committee and issue, within its authority, resolutions, regulations, rules, programs, and work plans that ensure adherence to the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, and are appropriate and relevant to the Party Committee's reality; set specific goals and tasks and clearly assign responsibility to units and individuals for implementation. Through this, create new breakthroughs in Party building and leadership in carrying out political tasks within the Party Committee.

The work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system has seen many innovations and achieved important results, creating a strong sense of unity and cohesion to successfully fulfill political tasks.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee has led and implemented decisively, taking the lead in streamlining the organizational structure; focusing on leading and directing the summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Central Committee of the Party according to Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW of the Central Committee. The Party Committees of the Central Party agencies and subordinate Party Committees have completed the reorganization of the organizational structure, downsizing of personnel, and restructuring of the leadership and management staff, achieving concrete results. After the reorganization, the organizational structure of the Party committees, agencies, and units has become streamlined, with clear functions, tasks, and responsibilities, improving efficiency and effectiveness, and meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.

The management, supervision, improvement, and implementation of mechanisms, policies, and regulations on personnel work to prevent and combat corruption, waste, and negative practices have always been a priority for the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies and their subordinate Party Committees. They have effectively implemented Regulation No. 114-QĐ/TW, dated July 11, 2023, of the Politburo on controlling power and preventing and combating corruption and negative practices in personnel work. Party committees and organizations at all levels, especially their leaders, have effectively led and directed the implementation of mechanisms and measures to ensure strict adherence to principles, regulations, procedures, rules, and decisions on personnel work, and to prevent, deter, detect, and handle acts of corruption and negative practices in personnel work.

Party inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement, as well as the handling of complaints, denunciations, suggestions, and feedback from organizations and individuals, are promptly addressed in accordance with regulations…

In his concluding remarks at the Conference, Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Member of the Political Bureau, Standing Member of the Secretariat, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies, requested the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to fully incorporate the feedback received and finalize the collective self-assessment report of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee.

The comrade highly appreciated the Party Committee's Standing Committee for promoting the spirit of unity and consensus, focusing on leadership, and proposing to the Party Committee's Executive Committee to lead and direct the entire Party organization to complete a large volume of work in a very short time, contributing to the overall results of the entire Party.

Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Member of the Political Bureau, Standing Member of the Secretariat, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies, delivered the concluding remarks at the Conference.

Besides the achievements, Comrade Tran Cam Tu pointed out that there are still some limitations and areas that have not met the requirements, such as: The sense of responsibility of a portion of cadres, Party members, and civil servants has not met the requirements. The capacity for leadership and guidance in thoroughly understanding, concretizing, and organizing the implementation of some resolutions has not created breakthroughs. Digital transformation, administrative reform, and the application of information technology in management, operation, and internal information sharing are still slow and not synchronized.

Emphasizing that the demands placed on the political tasks in the coming period are immense and require very high quality, Comrade Tran Cam Tu suggested that the Standing Committee of the Party Committee identify limitations, raise issues, and resolve them; at the same time, propose and implement decisive solutions to overcome shortcomings, create changes, and achieve more substantial results.

In a democratic and frank spirit, the Conference focused on reviewing and analyzing the results, causes, and shortcomings of the collective and individual members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee; and simultaneously proposed solutions for improvement in the future. The Conference also conducted an assessment and ranking of the quality of the Party committees and subordinate Party organizations under the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies for the year 2025.
