Representatives of VietnamEducation Trade Union discussed contents at the conference.

Nearly 500 union members, representing nearly 3,700 union members currently active in 15 grassroots unions of Hue University participated.

At the conference, union members were informed by representatives of the Vietnam Education Trade Union about the basic contents of the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels for the 2023-2028 term; financial work of grassroots trade unions; inspection and supervision work of trade unions; activities of grassroots trade unions and trade union groups...

Union members are also trained, equipped with basic knowledge and skills on the content and organization of union activities. Raising awareness of political ideology; the role of union officials, grassroots union organizations. Thereby increasing the effectiveness of union work, effectively implementing the work of building a strong union organization.

The training contents help to consolidate the knowledge and operational skills of union officials, and equip new officials who are participating in the Executive Committee of the grassroots union with skills, expertise, content and methods of operation for the first time to apply in practical work; thereby, contributing to improving the quality of grassroots union activities, building the Hue University union organization to be increasingly strong and effective.
