Participating in the ceremony were the head of incense from temples inside and outside the province; artisans and mediums from the Club for Preserving "Practicing the Vietnamese Mother Goddess Worship" in Tuyen Quang city; the Center for Research and Preservation of Vietnamese Cultural Beliefs and the Vietnam Mother Goddess Club.

The Vietnamese belief in worshiping the Three Realms of Mother Goddesses is a mixture of the indigenous religion of the Vietnamese and some elements of imported religions such as Taoism and Buddhism. The Mother Goddesses and deities in the Three Realms pantheon are not only of Kinh origin, but also of ethnic minorities such as the Muong, Tay, Nung, Dao, etc., demonstrating the cultural exchange, the equal relationship, and the close bond between ethnic groups in Vietnam.

Through the artistic combination of folk cultural elements such as costumes, music , Chau Van singing, dance, folk performances in spirit possession and festivals. The practice of the Mother Goddess Worship of the Three Realms is like a "living museum" preserving the history, heritage and cultural identity of the Vietnamese people. The Vietnamese express their views on history, cultural heritage, gender roles and ethnic identity. The festival of Ha Temple, Thuong Temple, Y La Temple in 2025 with the theme "Honoring the Mother Goddess worship and cultural identity of Tuyen Quang", includes many activities such as: Introducing the Mother Goddess worship of the Three Palaces of the Vietnamese people such as displaying the Chau scarves, royal dresses, organizing a Tuyen tea space; dragon dance, lion dance, singing, cultural exchange; sports competitions, organizing folk games at the 3 temples. The festival takes place from March 9 to 15 (ie February 10 to 16 of the lunar calendar).

Historian Le Van Lan, Chairman of the Scientific Council, Thang Long Cultural Research Institute, said that this year's festival has a big change, that is, the organizing committee has brought art, science, and economics into the festival. Taking the festival as the foundation, combining it with aspects of modern economic and social forms and the times. Tuyen Quang City has brought exhibitions and performances of Mother Goddess worship, introduced software about the Chau scarf, royal dress... This is a creative, unique and meaningful way to open up and create a model for the whole country when opening festivals. Not only are traditional festivals restored to create joy and health, spirituality is inserted into stories, legends, and theories that are both timely, appropriate, and timely. These are traditional values ​​that are smoothly combined with activities, with modern thinking and creativity while still preserving the good traditional features.

This is an opportunity for Tuyen Quang city to promote and publicize the Ha Temple, Thuong Temple and Y La Temple Festivals to become unique and special tourism products of Tuyen Quang city, contributing to attracting domestic and foreign tourists and promoting the development of tourism economy.
