Launching the movement "Learning on digital platforms" to become a regular, continuous, popular "digital learning" movement, improving knowledge of science, technology, innovation, digital skills, basic digital technology in civil servants, public employees, and workers (CBCCVC-NLĐ), contributing to modernizing the working process, improving the efficiency of professional work and the quality of public service provision for organizations, individuals, and businesses. From there, gradually change the form, create a habit of regular learning through digital platforms with an open, flexible learning environment, meeting the diverse learning needs of CBCCVC-NLĐ; Towards forming a "digital learning" community of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, contributing to the successful implementation of the Party and State's policies on lifelong learning, building a learning society.
Accordingly, the contents of the movement include: Propagating and raising awareness of "Learning on digital platforms" and "digital learning" through organizing internal propaganda activities, integrating them into party activities and transformation activities to promote propaganda of digital transformation content in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo , Resolution No. 71/NQ - CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government and the article "Lifelong learning" by General Secretary To Lam.
Enhance learning, exploitation and use of courses on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation on online learning platforms to improve knowledge and digital skills to serve the professional work of civil servants and employees. Organize the development of digital learning materials, use online training platforms to organize training and refresher courses to update and improve the level of digital transformation and digital skills for civil servants and employees.
Integrate "Learning on digital platforms" into annual digital transformation programs and plans of agencies and units under the Ministry and make learning and updating new knowledge on digital transformation and digital skills of each officer, civil servant and employee a criterion for year-end evaluation and reward.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires agencies and units under the Ministry to develop programs and plans for "Learning on digital platforms" or integrate them into programs and plans for implementing annual digital transformation tasks in accordance with requirements and actual situations, ensuring practicality and effectiveness. At the same time, regularly organize propaganda and mobilize all civil servants, public employees and employees to voluntarily and actively respond to the "Learning on digital platforms" movement to supplement, update and improve qualifications in digital transformation and digital skills, meeting the digital transformation requirements of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
