The Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association in Khanh Hoa Province fully agrees with and anticipates a new administrative model that is effective and suitable for the overall development of the country. This is a step in line with the trend of development and integration, and also an opportunity for the local Buddhist system to consolidate its organization, improve the quality of its activities, and strengthen religious unity; opening up opportunities for the Dharma to become increasingly strong, more deeply connected to social life, and contribute positively to the sustainable development of the country. Simultaneously, we hope for increased application of digital technology in the production and consumption of agricultural products; increased research to introduce more high-yield and high-quality crop and livestock varieties; support for preferential loans with low interest rates to help people access investment in agricultural development; and support for crop and livestock insurance to minimize risks. In addition, we hope for continued investment in rural transportation infrastructure, irrigation systems, and electricity and water supply to serve production. In the trend of modernizing the healthcare system, developing smart healthcare, and moving towards universal health coverage, young people in the healthcare sector must actively cultivate their knowledge, access new technologies, spread professional ethics, and be ready to contribute in the most challenging positions. Not only in the healthcare sector, but young people in all sectors and fields need to proactively learn, master technology, promote digital transformation, innovate entrepreneurship, participate in environmental protection programs, green development, and preserve cultural identity… With their youthful energy, dedication, and ideal of service, youth union members are the pioneering force in implementing the province's breakthroughs: from administrative reform and improving labor productivity to ensuring social security and maintaining national defense and security. The newly established Khánh Hòa province opens up opportunities for development, attracting strategic investors in industrial production, processing, high technology, and logistics. I hope the province will have many modern factories, thereby creating more stable jobs and increasing people's income. Along with that, the working environment in factories will be improved, with fairer treatment policies and enhanced welfare benefits for workers. At the same time, the Party, the State, and the local government will implement policies to better care for the lives, jobs, and incomes of workers; prioritize investment in social housing, schools, kindergartens, commercial areas, hospitals, and cultural facilities specifically for workers in industrial zones and clusters; and support training to improve workers' skills. Annually, provincial leaders and relevant departments and localities pay attention to and listen to the opinions and suggestions of workers through meetings, dialogues, and thoroughly address their requests. I also expect that trade unions in enterprises will be strengthened, reformed, and their activities improved in order to better care for and protect the rights of workers.
