At the recent second quarter mass mobilization conference, one of the results pointed out was that all levels, sectors and localities have made great efforts in grasping the thoughts, aspirations and emerging issues and incidents among the people to report and advise the Party Committee and the government to direct solutions. In addition, the work of receiving citizens, dialogue to resolve petitions, complaints and denunciations is focused on by agencies and units. Heads of all levels and sectors maintain regular and periodic citizen receptions according to the provisions of law. The schedule for citizen receptions is widely announced on the websites of the units, and the regulations for citizen reception are made public at the workplace so that people know and coordinate to implement. The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee said that in the second quarter, agencies and units received more than 2,000 citizens with 1,976 cases; received more than 2,400 complaints and directed to resolve them in accordance with regulations. In particular, the reception of citizens and direct dialogue with the people by the Party Committee Secretary according to Regulation No. 11 of the Central Party Secretariat is carried out periodically and regularly every month. In addition, the Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations of the province have organized 55 monitoring sessions, 21 social criticism conferences and 14 dialogues with the people. Through that, timely solutions have been made to the people's proposals and recommendations and to increase consensus in implementing the local socio-economic development tasks. From there, there will be measures to coordinate to resolve or propose and recommend to Party committees and authorities to promptly resolve, not allowing "hot spots" to occur. Along with that, mobilize people to comply with the Party's policies and the State's regulations in implementing a number of key projects and major projects of the province such as DT 719B road, remaining items of the North-South expressway (section Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet, Phan Thiet - Dau Giay), Tan Duc Industrial Park, Ca Ty Apartment... At the same time, mobilize and organize activities for people to participate in implementing the 2023 theme of the Provincial Party Committee "Urban beautification, preserving and protecting the environment, green, clean and beautiful landscape". Carry out activities to mobilize fishermen to protect aquatic and marine resources, create sustainable livelihoods for fishermen, combat IUU fishing, and create favorable conditions for aquatic and marine products to be exported to foreign markets. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested Party committees, authorities and localities to strengthen State management of land and construction, remove obstacles for enterprises, especially in determining land prices, land allocation and land lease.
