At the congress, the Binh Thuan Provincial Business Association summarized the activities of the fourth term (2019 - 2025) and proposed the direction of activities for the next term (2025 - 2030). Accordingly, it said that despite many difficulties in the past term, especially the impact of the Covid - 19 pandemic, the Association still maintained its activities and well implemented the tasks set out in the Congress Resolution. In addition, it also played a good role as a bridge between the business community and provincial leaders, functional departments, and at the same time mobilized member businesses to well implement the policies of the State and the locality. Thereby ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of workers, improving production and business efficiency, and actively contributing to the socio -economic development of the province.
During the 2025 - 2030 term, the Business Association will focus on implementing key programs such as developing membership with the target of recruiting 10 - 15 new members each year, aiming to reach 160 - 170 members by the end of the term. At the same time, it will build and develop relationships with state management agencies, association organizations as well as improve member capacity, digital transformation, and connect businesses with the community. In the coming time, the Business Association will also prepare and upgrade to merge into the new Provincial Business Association... At this congress, the Binh Thuan Provincial Business Association also announced the election results of the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Business Association for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Speaking at the congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Business Association had achieved in the past term. At the same time, he commended the entrepreneurs and businesses that had achieved outstanding results in production and business activities to contribute to the socio-economic development of the locality. Along with the merger of the new province and the Resolution of the Politburo on private economic development, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee requested that businesses need to be brave and take advantage of opportunities to develop production and business activities effectively, contributing to the overall development and growth of the locality.
To promote its role in the coming term, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Executive Board of the Business Association to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and connect businesses. Along with that, innovate the method of operation to be practical, promote the role of a bridge between businesses and authorities at all levels to improve the investment environment, build a favorable business environment for businesses. At the same time, together with member businesses, constantly strive to find markets, promote, and link to concentrate resources, digital transformation, technological innovation, and creativity to improve competitiveness, ensuring to keep up with the development trend. On the other hand, it also promotes propaganda and mobilizes member businesses to conduct business activities in accordance with the law, actively protect the environment and participate in social security activities...
On this occasion, the congress awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Medal "For the Cause of Vietnamese Enterprises" and Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry to collectives and individuals with achievements in building and developing the business community, contributing to the socio-economic development in the locality.
