In Decision No. 145/QD-HDTV dated June 25, 2025, the Board of Members of Vietnam Electricity Corporation transferred and appointed Mr. Phan Sy Duy, Director of Binh Thuan Power Company to hold the position of Director of Lam Dong Power Company (after merger).
Mr. Phan Sy Duy's term as Director of Lam Dong Electricity Company is 5 years, starting from July 1, 2025.
