Mr. Phan Sy Duy was appointed Director of Lam Dong Electricity.

On June 26, 2025, Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Board of Members of Vietnam Electricity Corporation.

In Decision No. 145/QD-HDTV, dated June 25, 2025, the Board of Members of Vietnam Electricity Corporation transferred and appointed Mr. Phan Sy Duy, Director of Binh Thuan Electricity Company to hold the position of Director of Lam Dong Electricity Company (after merger).

Mr. Phan Sy Duy's term as Director of Lam Dong Electricity Company is 5 years, starting from July 1, 2025.
