Linking vocational training with job creation.

(CT) - The entire city currently has 31 employment and livelihood models, with 696 households participating in exchanging and learning production and business experiences, totaling over 11 billion VND, including over 5.77 billion VND in preferential loans and 5.3 billion VND in community-mobilized capital. This contributes to linking vocational training with job creation, improving people's income and quality of life.

The model of weaving bamboo baskets in Truong Thang commune, Thoi Lai district, contributes to creating local jobs.

From 2021 to the present, functional agencies at all levels in the city have coordinated to organize 94 short-term vocational training courses and 254 training classes, attracting more than 8,700 participants. With relevant knowledge and skills, these courses have helped people improve their understanding of the collective economy ; management and operational skills; application of advanced techniques in cultivating high-quality rice seeds and agricultural products; farm-based production and livestock farming; and guidance on registering planting area codes for fruit exports, etc.
