Specifically, the price of IR 504 summer-autumn raw rice increased by 50 dong to 10,300-10,500 dong/kg; the price of finished IR 504 rice remained stable at 12,300-12,500 dong/kg.

Regarding by-products, the prices of various by-products range from 6,050 to 9,400 VND/kg. Currently, the price of OM 5451 broken rice is 9,200 - 9,400 VND/kg; while the price of dry rice bran has decreased by 50 VND/kg to 6,000 - 6,100 VND/kg.

Observations from various localities today indicate that supply is limited, prices are relatively stable, warehouses are slow to purchase, and the prices of fragrant rice and other types of rice remain stable.

In Sa Dec ( Dong Thap ), rice supplies are sporadic, and prices are relatively stable. However, the supply of rice is weak due to low demand from warehouses, resulting in slow purchasing activity. In An Cu (Cai Be, Tien Giang), supplies are limited, and prices are slightly increasing.

At retail markets, rice prices continue to remain stable, with regular rice fluctuating around 15,000 - 16,000 VND/kg. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price at 28,000 VND/kg. Fragrant rice is priced at 20,000 - 22,000 VND/kg; Jasmine rice at 17,000 - 18,000 VND/kg; Nang Hoa rice at 21,500 VND/kg; long-grain Thai fragrant rice at 20,000 - 22,000 VND/kg; Huong Lai rice at 22,000 VND/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice at 21,000 VND/kg; regular Soc rice at 18,500 VND/kg; Thai Soc rice at 21,000 VND/kg; and Japanese rice at 22,500 VND/kg.

Regarding rice, prices remained stable today. Specifically, according to updates from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of An Giang province, IR 50404 rice is priced at 7,400 - 7,500 VND/kg; OM 380 rice fluctuates between 6,800 - 7,000 VND/kg; OM 18 rice is priced at 8,400 - 8,600 VND/kg; Nang Hoa 9 rice is priced at 8,400 - 8,600 VND/kg; and Japanese rice is at 7,800 - 8,000 VND/kg.

In many localities today, rice harvests are scattered, and demand for various types of rice is relatively high, as there is not much unsold rice left; and the price of fragrant rice remains high.

On the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices remained unchanged today compared to yesterday. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), 100% broken rice was priced at US$423/ton; standard 5% broken rice at US$518/ton; and 25% broken rice at US$488/ton.
