When host Nguyen Khac Ngan Vi mentioned the unusual issue of Nguyen Hoang Diep not having a new product for 8 or 9 years, she affirmed that this was not unusual because the female director had her own path.
Notably, in episode 4 of Story VI , the story of sex was discussed, especially in the context of dating apps becoming popular. Not only stopping from the perspective of a filmmaker, Nguyen Hoang Diep commented that people have too easily experienced relationships with people they do not know. "This contains too many risks, it can prolong the suffering when there is loss, things that should still exist can also disappear," she said.
According to Nguyen Hoang Diep, dating apps (such as Tinder) affect both men and women, and there is no such thing as boys always benefiting from the girls they meet or girls being eroded or damaged more in this relationship.
Although not really assured about the above issue at the moment, the film producer is also thinking about changing the perspective and aiming for positive values from dating through the application. "I hope that one day, Tinder or dating applications will create a new value," said Hoang Diep.
The director of the film 10A8 Quartet also confided that she is jealous of artists of other genders, especially those in the LGBT group: "They experience a more diverse life than me, which I never have the opportunity to experience on a spiritual and psychological level. They have so many advantages over me."
