Silver prices in domestic and international markets remained stable after experiencing a sharp decline in the previous session.

During the weekend trading session, silver prices (XAG/USD) fell to around $29.60/ounce, largely due to low trading volumes during the year-end holidays.

Despite rising tensions between Israel and Iran, which typically boost safe-haven assets like silver, the yield on the 10-year US Treasury note rose to 4.61%, putting downward pressure on silver prices.

Additionally, the Fed's interest rate policy forecast also slowed silver's rally, as the central bank is expected to cut interest rates less than expected in 2025.
