The project aims to simplify the payment process, helping patients and their relatives save time - especially important at a frontline hospital that receives a large number of pediatric patients from all over the country.
From field surveys, solution design, technology development to operational implementation - all are carried out with smooth coordination between departments. Since being applied in practice, SHB's Digital Payment Solution has not only improved the experience for people, but also been a solid step forward on the journey to accompany the country in the digital transformation of the healthcare sector.

As one of the members attached to the Digital Payment Solution Project at the National Children's Hospital, Ms. Bui Thi My Huong - a teller at SHB Thang Long Branch - could not hide her emotions when mentioning the difficult situations she witnessed here.

This activity also helps everyone in the Project Board feel that their lives are more meaningful, promotes kindness and goodness in each person, thereby spreading the spirit of solidarity and love in the community,” said Ms. Huong.

Accordingly, SHB contributed to the Program to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households nationwide and implemented interest exemption and reduction for customers, supporting people affected by storms and floods, estimated at up to 150 billion VND.
SHB and T&T Group also accompanied the Ministry of Public Security, implementing the program of eliminating temporary houses, supporting the poor in all provinces and cities, including building 700 houses for the poor in Bac Lieu province; 150 houses for people and 1 school for children of ethnic minorities in mountainous areas, in provinces heavily affected by storms and floods such as: Son La, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Dien Bien, Yen Bai, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Thai Nguyen...
