On the world market, coffee prices continued to rise last week on various exchanges. On the London exchange, Robusta coffee futures for July 2026 delivery increased by $91/ton to $3,456/ton; futures for September 2026 delivery increased by $65/ton to $3,310/ton.
On the New York exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for July 2026 delivery also increased by 5.5 US cents/pound, reaching 272.35 US cents/pound; the September 2026 contract increased by 4.7 US cents/pound, reaching 264.8 US cents/pound.
Despite short-term market corrections, many experts still believe global coffee supply is not yet abundant. According to Reuters, the rise in world coffee prices last week was mainly supported by continued low inventory levels on the ICE exchange, while spot supply remains insufficient.
