Fuel prices are turning upwards again.

Gasoline prices were adjusted upwards in today's price adjustment (October 2nd) after a decrease last week. The price of RON 95 gasoline rose to 20,200 VND/liter.

Today (October 2nd), the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance announced changes to retail prices for petroleum products.

Based on the directives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance, petroleum businesses will simultaneously adjust retail gasoline and diesel prices starting at 3 PM today.

Accordingly, compared to last week's price adjustment, the price of RON 95 gasoline (level 3, the most common type on the market) has been adjusted up by 40 VND/liter today, bringing the selling price to 20,200 VND/liter.

Gasoline and diesel prices have started to rise again.

Similarly, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline increased by 10 VND/liter, with the selling price not exceeding 19,620 VND/liter.

Meanwhile, the price of 0.05S diesel fuel will not exceed 19,030 VND/liter, an increase of 380 VND/liter compared to the current base price.

The price of kerosene also increased by 380 VND/liter compared to the current base price, with the selling price not exceeding 19,000 VND/liter.

Fuel oil prices have increased by 170 VND/kg compared to 7 days ago, with retail prices rising to 15,370 VND/kg.

Thus, domestic gasoline prices have reversed course and are now rising after falling last week.

In the most recent price adjustment (September 25th), gasoline prices were reduced by 368-443 VND/liter. Diesel prices also decreased by 47 VND/liter.
