Dissolve the Criminal Court and the Civil Court of the People's Court of Hai Duong City.

On February 19th, the leaders of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Court announced that the Hai Duong City People's Court had dissolved two specialized courts under its jurisdiction: the Criminal Court and the Civil Court; and reduced three positions, including one Chief Judge and two Deputy Chief Judges.

The Criminal Court of Hai Duong City previously handled criminal cases, while the Civil Court handled civil cases. After their dissolution, the judicial functions and responsibilities of these two specialized courts will be reorganized.

After the dissolution of the two specialized courts, the People's Court of Hai Duong City now has the same organizational structure as the people's courts in the districts, cities, and towns of the province, meaning there are no longer any specialized courts.
