After 6 years of operation, Bao Lam Garment Joint Stock Company (Van Xuan Ward) has not only gradually affirmed its position in the garment industry, creating stable jobs for hundreds of local workers, but also focused on building and developing the Party within the enterprise. Under the leadership of the Company's Party Branch, many specific and practical approaches have been implemented, building an increasingly strong Party organization and creating momentum for the sustainable development of the enterprise.

Bao Lam Garment Joint Stock Company commenced operations in May 2020. In June 2021, the Company's Party Branch was established with 3 Party members, with the Branch Secretary also serving as the Company Director. To date, the Party Branch has 4 Party members and 2 outstanding individuals who have completed their applications and are preparing to be admitted to the Party.

The Party branch is continuing to nurture and guide three outstanding individuals to participate in a Party awareness training course, two of whom are Catholic.

As a garment manufacturing company exporting to the Japanese market – a market with extremely stringent requirements for product quality and professionalism in production – Bao Lam Garment Joint Stock Company recognizes that its human resources are its most valuable asset.

Comrade Ta Viet Tho, Party Secretary and Director of the Company, shared: the enterprise always places special emphasis on the quality of its human resources, because people directly determine sustainable development.

In addition to ensuring welfare policies and benefits for employees, the Company's Party Branch also links Party development with the training and utilization of cadres. Employees who strive and train to become Party members will be considered for promotion and assigned to key positions related to production management. Mr. Ha Van Hien, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, said: "Although it is a private enterprise, the Party Committee and the Company always pay practical attention to the lives of the workers. In particular, the enterprise focuses on identifying and nurturing outstanding individuals to recommend them to attend training courses on Party awareness."

Mr. Le Van Duong, an employee of the Technical Department and one of the outstanding individuals recommended to attend the Party awareness training course, shared: "I clearly see that after being admitted to the Party, many comrades are entrusted with more important positions. This makes me very proud to be selected by the Party branch to attend the Party awareness training course, and it gives me even more motivation to strive."

The Party cell of Bao Lam Garment Joint Stock Company holds its regular meeting on the 3rd of every month.

At the company, employees sent to attend Party awareness training courses are given maximum support and receive their full salary during the training period.

These seemingly small details reveal the practical approach and serious investment in Party building within the enterprise. Perhaps it is precisely because of this that, throughout the most difficult years, the collective of cadres and workers here have remained united in overcoming challenges alongside the enterprise.

Currently, the company employs nearly 180 local workers with an average income of 9.8 million VND/person/month, striving to increase it to 10.3 million VND/person/month in 2026. The enterprise has contributed over 3 billion VND to the state budget…
