HNN.VN - On May 9th, Huong Nguyen Border Guard Station (stationed in A Luoi 5 commune) organized the "Returning to the Village" program, sending officers and soldiers from the unit to harvest rice for the family of Ms. Ho Thi Noi, a disadvantaged household in Chi Du Nghia village, covering a total area of ​​over 1 hectare.

This activity demonstrates the pioneering spirit of the young border guards in the city, learning from and following Uncle Ho's teachings, and strengthening the solidarity between the military and the people along the two border lines.

Previously, on May 8th, the A Đớt Border Guard Post (stationed in A Lưới 4 commune) assisted local residents in harvesting the winter-spring rice crop in A Tin village; planted and donated a flower garden to Hương Lâm Kindergarten, contributing to a green, clean, and beautiful environment for the school. The Vinh Hiền Border Guard Post, in coordination with the Phú Lộc Commune Farmers' Association, donated paint to Ms. Lê Thị Chắt's household in Hòa Mậu village; and collaborated with local authorities to help level the house foundation, alleviating some of the difficulties faced by Ms. Chắt's family.
