Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quoc Nam stated that, in response to the sudden heavy rain and rising water levels, the unit mobilized officers and soldiers to directly go to the night market area in Mong Cai 2 ward ( Quang Ninh province) and Tue Tinh street to urge business owners to quickly pack up goods, dismantle equipment, and move assets out of areas at risk of deep flooding.

Soldiers from the Mong Cai International Border Gate Border Guard Station, along with supporting forces, helped local people reinforce and relocate their property to avoid flooding.

Despite the heavy rain and rapidly rising floodwaters, the participating forces actively assisted people in transporting goods and ensured the safety of people and property.

Many business owners in the night market area said that thanks to the timely support of officers and soldiers of the Mong Cai International Border Gate Border Guard Station and other functional forces, the relocation of assets was carried out quickly, minimizing damage caused by floods.
