According to The Information, Alphabet is developing a new artificial intelligence (AI) technology that manages web browsers, aiming to assist users with tasks such as searching for information and shopping.

This project, called Project Jarvis, is expected to launch as early as December 2024, alongside Google's advanced language model called Gemini.
Reuters also reported that Microsoft, in collaboration with OpenAI, is seeking to enhance its research capabilities through automated web browsing technology, using "CUA" (computer user agent) systems that can perform various tasks based on their unique inventions.
The report also stated that Anthropic and Google are aiming to develop software that can interact directly with users' computers or browsers, in order to expand the performance of artificial intelligence tools.
