The Congress achieved breakthroughs in every aspect.
I am a disabled veteran, classified as 2/4, having lost one eye and still having shrapnel in my head. Despite my weak health, I regularly read newspapers and watch the news about this Party Congress every day. My life has been marked by the 1945 famine, two wars against French and American colonialism, and the heroic sacrifices of our soldiers and people in the great war to protect national independence. I myself was a soldier, fighting with a gun and sacrificing a part of my blood to achieve the peace we have today. In my 87 years of life, having endured hardship, I feel immensely grateful for the leadership of the Party.
From a country plagued by poverty, war, and turmoil, Vietnam today can proudly stand alongside the world's great nations, entering an era of progress. For people like us, from a state of hunger and poverty, life has become increasingly prosperous and happy, progressing rapidly, strongly, and steadily towards civilization and modernity. All of this is thanks to the wise leadership of the Party. This is a source of pride, making veterans like us feel worthy of having contributed our blood and lives to this nation.
In my opinion, the 14th Party Congress was a breakthrough in every respect. First and foremost, regarding personnel matters, I believe that the delegates chosen are "both politically sound and professionally competent," possessing the three T's: Talent, Vision, and Integrity. The new Central Committee consists of cadres with strategic thinking, firm political acumen, and impeccable ethics—people who dare to think and dare to act. Currently, with a series of new Party resolutions such as Resolution 57, Resolution 59, Resolution 66, Resolution 68, Resolution 79…, the Party has "unleashed" a number of issues, especially "unleashing" and creating space for the role of "people" in various fields, opening up new directions for development. These are "guiding principles" in all fields, "covering" the entire economy and society.
Therefore, I believe that with a mechanism to protect officials who are dynamic, creative, and willing to take responsibility for the common good, eliminating the mindset of "hesitation and fear of making mistakes," these individuals – the key stakeholders – will together usher in a truly meaningful era of progress, realizing the goal of making Vietnam a developed country with modern industry and a high-middle income by 2030. The 14th National Congress is a historic "impetus," transforming documents and resolutions into practical actions to lead the country into a more brilliant new chapter; creating an environment where every citizen, especially the younger generation, has the opportunity to contribute and be proud of Vietnam's position on the international stage.

During the days of following the Party Congress, every cadre, Party member, and citizen felt a surge of intense belief in a transformative Congress, where strategic decisions would be implemented by the elite and the Party's "strategic general staff," a place where the highest wisdom, courage, and morality of the nation would converge and crystallize.
The Party Congress wisely selected worthy national leaders, possessing both "virtue" and "talent," to steer the ship of revolution and lead the country into a new era. The high demands placed on personnel work in this new revolutionary period require unwavering political resolve, steadfastness, and absolute loyalty to the goals of national independence and socialism. These are individuals with a pure heart, rooted in revolutionary ethics, always placing the interests of the nation, the people, and the country above all else.
Alongside ethics, sufficient "talent" is essential, honed through practical experience, demonstrating the ability to solve practical problems in accordance with the Party's will and the people's aspirations. This talent is manifested through strategic thinking, dynamism, creativity, and the capacity for decisive action, daring to sacrifice for the common good with the spirit of "doing everything that benefits the people"; not only being skilled in policy planning but also daring to think, daring to act, daring to take responsibility, and decisively removing institutional "bottlenecks" and "cumbersome principles" to promote strong socio-economic development.
With that belief, I expect the Party's top leadership in the new term to continue to uphold discipline, promote democracy, promote collective intelligence, and set an example of responsibility, creating a strong impetus for the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to work together to successfully achieve the country's development goals in the new era.

Taking the interests of the nation and the people as the ultimate goal.
As a Party member working in the mountainous border province of Lao Cai, along with millions of Party members across the country, I place my full trust and expectations in the 14th National Congress of the Party.
We firmly believe that the comrades chosen by the Congress are truly virtuous and talented individuals who will participate in the new Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat of the Party. These are the most exemplary cadres in terms of political qualities, possessing pure revolutionary ethics, always prioritizing the interests of the Fatherland and the people; they have innovative thinking, strategic vision, and the capacity to effectively plan and implement policies and guidelines in the context of deep globalization and strong digital transformation.
In particular, it means matching words with actions, daring to think, daring to act, daring to sacrifice, and daring to take responsibility for the common good; resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption, negative phenomena, and vested interests; upholding discipline and the rule of law, contributing to consolidating and strengthening the people's trust in the Party.
Above all, these are officials who deeply understand the country's realities, are close to the people, listen to the "pulse" of life, empathize with the legitimate concerns and aspirations of the people, so that every policy issued stems from reality and aims at the happiness of the people. I believe that the Congress has chosen individuals who are both dedicated and capable, possessing sufficient talent, virtue, and prestige to unite, lead, and inspire the entire society, especially the younger generation.
The correct strategic decisions of the Congress will ignite the belief that the country will undergo stronger, more comprehensive, and sustainable changes; including our homeland of Lao Cai - a mountainous, border province rich in potential and identity - which will continue to break through and develop, with the lives of the people of all ethnic groups becoming increasingly prosperous and happy, and the national border becoming increasingly secure.
