Currently, the province has 29 travel service businesses, of which 6 businesses meet international travel standards. In the context of global tourism recovering strongly, Ha Giang province has identified digital transformation, green and sustainable development as important strategies for Ha Giang to improve quality, competitiveness and international integration. In particular, Ha Giang is the land at the head of the country, where the majestic beauty of the Dong Van stone plateau, the cultural colors of 19 ethnic groups, and unique heritage values ​​are being preserved and promoted every day. In 2024, Ha Giang attracted 3.286 million visitors, including 380 thousand international visitors and 2.906 million domestic visitors, an increase of 8.8% over the same period in 2023, exceeding 102.6% of the annual plan. Total tourism revenue is estimated at VND 8,149.2 billion and was honored by the World Tourism Organization (WTA) as "Asia's Leading Cultural Destination". Notably, in 2025, Time Out magazine (UK) also voted Ha Giang as one of the 44 most wonderful destinations in the world, proving the increasingly strong attraction of Ha Giang land.

At the seminar, managers, experts, travel companies, and businesses shared experiences and initiatives in applying digital technology to management, communication, and tourism product development, as well as proposed solutions such as: The role of digital transformation in tourism; linking - connecting tourism development; sustainable community tourism; green, responsible tourism; Central Highlands tourism experience in digital transformation; the role of airlines in connecting markets; preserving culture associated with tourism development; developing tourism in the Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Global Geopark; creating connections between communities and local businesses in developing green, responsible tourism; discussing effective linkage - promotion - investment models; effectively building green agricultural experience activities, expanding the network of domestic and international tourist markets.
