ANTD.VN - The Hanoi People's Committee has recently issued Decision No. 6676/QD-UBND extending the land use rights for 24 months for four land plots: CT1, CT2, LK1.2, and NT, belonging to the DM1 urban functional area project in Dai Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district, invested by FLC Group Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, FLC Group Joint Stock Company is responsible for paying the State an additional amount equivalent to the land use fee and land lease fee for the four land plots: CT1, CT2, LK1.2, and NT in the DM1 urban functional area, Dai Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district, within the extended period as stipulated by law.
Upon expiration of the extended period, if FLC Group Joint Stock Company still fails to put the land into use, the State will reclaim the land without compensation for the land, assets attached to the land, and remaining investment costs in the land, as stipulated by law.
The Hanoi People's Committee has requested the Hanoi Tax Department and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to determine the financial obligations regarding land during the extended period for four land plots: CT1, CT2, LK1.2, and NT, located in the DM1 urban functional area, Dai Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district.
If FLC Group Joint Stock Company fails to put the land into use after the extended deadline, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will prepare a dossier to submit to the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to revoke the land without compensation for the land, assets attached to the land, and remaining investment costs in the land as prescribed by law.
The City Tax Department collected land-related financial obligations within the extended period for the four land plots: CT1, CT2, LK1.2, and NT, located in the DM1 urban functional area, Dai Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district, in accordance with the law.
The Departments of Planning and Architecture, Planning and Investment, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, and Finance; the City Tax Department; and the People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District shall guide FLC Group Joint Stock Company in carrying out procedures related to planning, investment, land, construction, and financial obligations in accordance with the law; and report to the City People's Committee for consideration and direction on matters exceeding their authority.
The People's Committee of Hanoi City assigns the People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District the function of state management of land in the locality, and to urge and supervise the implementation of the project by the investor.
If the extended deadline expires and the investor still has not put the land into use, a report will be compiled and submitted to the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City (through the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) for land reclamation in accordance with the law.
