Hanoi extended the use of 4 land plots invested by FLC Group in Dai Mo for 24 months.

ANTD.VN - Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 6676/QD-UBND on extending land use by 24 months for 4 land plots: CT1, CT2, LK1.2 and NT belonging to the DM1 urban functional area project, Dai Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district, invested by FLC Group Joint Stock Company.

Accordingly, FLC Group Joint Stock Company is responsible for paying the State an additional amount of money equivalent to the land use fee and land rental fee for 04 land plots: CT1, CT2, LK1.2, NT in the DM1 Urban Functional Area, Dai Mo Ward, Nam Tu Liem District within the extended period as prescribed by law.

After the extended period, if FLC Group Joint Stock Company has not yet put the land into use, the State will reclaim the land without compensation for the land, assets attached to the land and remaining investment costs in the land according to the provisions of law.

The City People's Committee requested the Hanoi Tax Department and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to determine financial obligations regarding land during the extended period for 04 land plots: CT1, CT2, LK1.2, NT in the DM1 Urban Functional Area, Dai Mo Ward, Nam Tu Liem District.

If the extended period expires and FLC Group Joint Stock Company has not yet put the land into use, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will prepare a dossier to submit to the City People's Committee to reclaim the land without compensation for the land, assets attached to the land and the remaining investment costs on the land according to the provisions of law.

The City Tax Department collects financial obligations on land within the extended period for 04 land plots: CT1, CT2, LK1.2, NT in the DM1 Urban Functional Area, Dai Mo Ward, Nam Tu Liem District according to the provisions of law.

The Departments of: Planning - Architecture, Planning and Investment, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, Finance; City Tax Department and Nam Tu Liem District People's Committee guide FLC Group Joint Stock Company to carry out procedures on planning, investment, land, construction and related financial obligations according to the provisions of law; report to the City People's Committee for consideration and direction on contents beyond its authority.

The City People's Committee assigned the Nam Tu Liem District People's Committee to perform the function of State management of land in the locality, and to urge and supervise the project implementation of the investor.

In case the extended period expires but the investor has not yet put the land into use, the City People's Committee (through the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) shall summarize and report to the City People's Committee (through the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) to reclaim the land according to the provisions of law.
