Hanoi I and The Cong Viettel I advance to the semi-finals.

VHO - On the afternoon of April 10th, the two remaining quarter-final matches of the National U15 Championship – Modern Cup 2026 took place, resulting in exciting games and determining the next two teams to advance to the semi-finals: Hanoi I and The Cong Viettel I. Both representatives of Hanoi's youth football displayed convincing performances.

Hanoi I and The Cong Viettel I secured their places in the semi-finals after the remaining two quarter-final matches.

On pitch number 1 at Thanh Long Center, Hanoi I faced Quang Nam and quickly took the initiative.

In the 4th minute, Bao Trung capitalized on a quick combination to open the scoring. However, Quang Nam unexpectedly equalized in the 26th minute when Huu Truong successfully converted a penalty.

In the second half, Hanoi I continued to increase the pressure. In the 60th minute, Gia Bao headed the ball into the net from a corner kick, making the score 2-1.

From this point on, the capital city team completely dominated the game and scored three more goals to seal a resounding 5-1 victory, thus securing their place in the semi-finals, where they will face Tay Ninh .

In the other match, The Cong Viettel I faced SHB Da Nang and quickly demonstrated their superiority. In the 16th minute, Nhan Quyen opened the scoring after a well-placed cross from Minh Hung.

The Cong Viettel I won 4-0 against SHB Da Nang.

In the 24th minute, Dinh Dung doubled the lead, helping the military team end the first half with a 2-0 advantage.

In the second half, The Cong Viettel I continued to control the game. Trung Hieu scored to make it 3-0 in the 49th minute, before Minh Duc sealed the 4-0 victory in the 75th minute . This result propelled the military team into the semi-finals, where they will face Song Lam Nghe An.
