The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has just sent a document to the Government Office and the Ministry of Construction regarding the registration of 4 large-scale projects to be started and inaugurated to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). Of the 5 large projects that Ha Tinh registered, 1 project was inaugurated and 4 projects started construction.
The Phan Dinh Phung High School construction project located on Phan Dinh Phung Street, Thanh Sen Ward, is a project that Ha Tinh province registered to inaugurate on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day. The project has a total investment of 120 billion VND, invested by the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment and Urban Development Project Management Board.
The project started in May 2024. Up to now, the construction has reached over 90% of the contract volume, meeting the conditions for completion, handover and inauguration to celebrate National Day September 2.
The construction of Phan Dinh Phung High School aims to gradually improve facilities, meet the teaching and learning needs of teachers and students, contribute to improving the quality of education, and complete the criteria to meet the standards set by the Ministry of Education and Training .
When completed, the project will also become an architectural and landscape highlight of Thanh Sen ward, Ha Tinh province.
Construction of Cua Sot sea square in Loc Ha commune is one of four projects selected by the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province to start construction and implement construction to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day.
The project has a total investment of 79.76 billion VND, invested by the Provincial Agricultural and Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project has a favorable construction site as it is located at the intersection of National Highway 281 and Ta Nghen dike protection road, so the transportation of materials and equipment for construction is guaranteed.
Cua Sot Sea Square was built to create a symbolic work, with great significance in culture and tourism, a place for exchange, entertainment, organizing festivals, launching sea tourism, creating attraction, promoting the image to tourists, contributing to the economic and social development of the locality. The resettlement area of the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis in Lien Vinh village, Ha Huy Tap ward is also the project chosen to start construction to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The project is part of the plan to implement resettlement areas for the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis through Ha Tinh, invested by the People's Committee of Ha Huy Tap Ward. This resettlement area has a scale of about 4.9 hectares, expected to form 85 plots of land with an area of 150 - 300 m2 in Lien Vinh village, Ha Huy Tap ward.
The proposed land location has been planned in detail. The investor is currently completing the investment preparation documents to start construction as planned. The Vinhomes Vung Ang Industrial Park infrastructure investment and business project invested by Vinhomes Ha Tinh Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company is the third project that Ha Tinh registered to start construction to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). The project was granted Investment Policy Decision No. 639/QD-TTg dated July 13, 2024 by the Prime Minister to invest in construction and business of industrial park infrastructure, land use scale of 964.84 hectares, total investment capital of VND 13,276,491 billion. The project location is the central industrial park lot CN4, CN5 Vung Ang Economic Zone. The project's operating period is 70 years from the date the project is approved for investment policy and the investor is approved. Currently, the project has cleared more than 60 hectares of land, ensuring conditions for organizing the groundbreaking ceremony. The pilot social housing project in Thach Linh Ward - old Ha Tinh City (phase 2), now Thanh Sen Ward - Ha Tinh Province is the 4th project to start construction on this occasion. The project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee to adjust the investment policy, and at the same time approved the investor in Decision No. 40/QD-UBND dated December 18, 2024. The project has a total floor area of over 46,200m2 with 3 12-storey buildings, more than 500 apartments; 41 3-storey commercial houses with a traffic system, trees, playgrounds, sports, parking lots and other technical infrastructure according to the plan.
