The parade was attended by 30,000 people, including the People's Armed Forces (army, police, guerrillas, militia, self-defense forces), and mass forces representing various sectors such as veterans, workers, farmers, intellectuals, businessmen, youth, women, and ethnic groups of Vietnam.
