On the morning of July 14, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee coordinated with the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board to hold a press conference on the City Investment Promotion Conference 2025 at the 3rd Session of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC III) with the theme "Hai Phong - Strategic Destination of the New Era".

He requested news agencies and newspapers to increase information and propaganda about the conference in particular and ABAC III in general, highlighting the image of a dynamic, innovative, breakthrough-developing Hai Phong city, a strategic destination of the new era.

Accordingly, the Hai Phong Investment Promotion Conference 2025 will be held on July 15, within the framework of the 3rd APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC III) Week, taking place from July 15 to 18. The conference is expected to attract more than 1,000 delegates, including leading domestic and international investors and enterprises. At the conference, investors will be introduced in detail to the potential, advantages and strategic investment opportunities in Hai Phong. The focus is on the establishment of a Free Trade Zone, a strategic competitive advantage that opens up new development space.

Along with that is the Ceremony to announce and hand over Resolution No. 226/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Hai Phong city - a strategic decision, creating a new institutional foundation, contributing to making Hai Phong become the leading growth pole in the Red River Delta region.
