Nearly 1,500 businesses need to recruit more than 5,000 workers.

Mr. Ho Hai, Deputy Director of Hai Phong Employment Service Center, informed that from the beginning of 2025 to July 12, the center received and posted labor recruitment information from nearly 1,500 enterprises, with the need to recruit more than 5,000 workers, working in the fields of: garment, electronics, mechanics, manufacturing, insurance,education ... Of which, about 2,900 job positions are expected to employ foreign workers. In addition, the Center received 260 reports of labor fluctuations from enterprises, equal to 90% compared to the same period last year.

To ensure labor supply that meets the needs of businesses, in the coming time, Hai Phong Employment Service Center will strengthen coordination with vocational training institutions and units to organize vocational training classes to improve information technology skills, foreign languages, etc. At the same time, the Center will strengthen mobilizing businesses to connect and "order" training facilities to meet the labor needs of units.
