This activity is in response to the 2026 Workers' Month, implementing the "I Love My Homeland" movement and the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign; and also aims to celebrate the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (2026 - 2031 term).

Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, delivered a speech at the event.
In his opening remarks at the event, Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and President of the Vietnam Youth Federation, stated that in recent times, the Youth Union and Federation at all levels have implemented many activities to improve skills, expertise, knowledge, and confidence for young workers; care for their material and spiritual well-being, health, and create healthy recreational spaces for young workers in industrial zones, export processing zones, and residential areas.
"The festival is a practical activity aimed at accompanying and supporting young workers so they can work with peace of mind, dedicate themselves to the enterprise, and contribute to socio-economic development. The program also contributes to expanding the front of solidarity, gathering young people, building the Youth Union and Associations in enterprises, and affirming the role of the Vietnam Youth Union as the common home for young people nationwide," said Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam.
At the same time, we hope that these meaningful events will continue to be replicated in many localities and units across the country, thereby effectively promoting the role of accompanying, caring for, and supporting young workers and young people working in industrial zones and export processing zones, and affirming that the Youth Union is a common home for young people and members nationwide.

The project "Uniting and gathering young workers and laborers in the period 2024 - 2029" is one of the key tasks aimed at more effectively caring for and supporting young workers.
The "Youth Workers - Spreading Positive Energy" festival in Phu Tho province in 2026 featured vibrant activities such as: free medical check-ups, health consultations, free medicine distribution, and gift giving for 1,000 young workers; volleyball, badminton, tug-of-war, pickleball, team building, and the 2026 Youth Workers Football Tournament. Notably, the "Searching for Young Workers' Talents" competition in Phu Tho province provided a platform for workers to confidently showcase their individuality after stressful working hours.
As part of the event, there was a lucky draw for participating young workers with valuable prizes, including a Grand Prize of a motorbike worth 20 million VND and many other attractive gifts from the sponsoring organizations.

Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Nhung, Director of External Relations, Communications and Sustainable Development at TCP Vietnam, shared that the company's development goals are always linked to sustainable development and responsibility towards the community. After four years of collaboration with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, TCP Vietnam is proud to witness the "Young Workers' Festival" gradually become a source of spiritual support and contribute to caring for the physical well-being of young workers.
"Through this program, TCP hopes to continue spreading a strong positive energy, helping young workers remain steadfast and full of enthusiasm so that they can not only contribute to their work but also enjoy a fulfilling and healthy life," Ms. Nhung said.
