Regular workplace dialogue

As part of the activities in response to the 2026 Workers' Month, Viet Duc International Investment Co., Ltd. (Xuan Hoa commune) coordinated with the company's grassroots trade union to organize a regular dialogue conference with 50 workers in attendance.

At the conference, representatives from the company's Board of Directors provided information on production and business results, the implementation of the collective labor agreement, working conditions, and employee welfare benefits. They also listened to and incorporated feedback from employees. Regular dialogue aims to exchange and discuss issues of concern to both employers and employees, fostering collaboration and building a harmonious, stable, and developing labor relationship.
