Four more grassroots trade unions were established.

The An Duong Ward Trade Union established 3 new grassroots trade unions, and the Le Thanh Nghi Ward Trade Union established 1 additional grassroots trade union.

Leaders from the City Federation of Labor, the Party Committee of An Duong Ward, and the Trade Union of An Duong Ward presented decisions and flowers to congratulate the newly established grassroots trade unions.

On the afternoon of May 29th, the An Duong Ward Trade Union announced the decisions of the City Federation of Labor regarding the admission of new members and the establishment of three grassroots trade unions in the ward.

The grassroots trade unions established on this occasion include: the trade union of ZHONG WAN Trading and Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; JINTUO Co., Ltd.; and Hai Phong Trading and Transportation Joint Stock Company. In addition, 95 new union members were admitted.

With the establishment of these three grassroots trade unions, the An Duong Ward Trade Union has fulfilled its target for the number of grassroots trade unions established in 2026, bringing the total number of affiliated grassroots trade unions to 64 units with 2,389 members.

The Le Thanh Nghi Ward Trade Union organized a ceremony to announce the decision to establish and launch the grassroots trade union of Sen Tim Joint Stock Company.

Sen Tim Joint Stock Company operates in the restaurant and hotel service sector with nearly 40 union members. During its operation, the company's employees desired a representative organization to care for and protect their legitimate rights and interests. Based on this, the Le Thanh Nghi Ward Trade Union guided and supported the enterprise in completing the procedures for establishing a grassroots trade union in accordance with regulations.

Since the beginning of the year, the Le Thanh Nghi Ward Trade Union has established 7 grassroots trade unions in businesses in the area, contributing to expanding the trade union network, improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the rights of workers, and building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
