Students confidently conquer the 10th grade entrance exam.

On May 28th and 29th, over 30,000 students in Dong Nai province took the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2026-2027 school year at 43 high schools across the city. This is a highly competitive exam, creating considerable pressure for both students and parents. However, the Department of Education and Training has closely coordinated with relevant departments, agencies, and localities to ensure security and order, creating the most favorable conditions for the exam candidates.

Observations across the exams show that most candidates maintained a stable mindset and were confident in the knowledge they had diligently studied for a long time. Alongside their children, many parents, despite hoping their children would be admitted to public schools, proactively encouraged them and created a relaxed atmosphere to reduce stress and maximize their exam performance.

According to the Department of Education and Training, in addition to the 24 public high schools that hold entrance exams with approximately 13,000 places, the city currently has 86 other public and private high schools that use junior high school transcripts for admission. This method significantly reduces exam pressure for students. Furthermore, 18 vocational and continuing education centers in the city are also participating in the enrollment of thousands of 10th-grade students, opening up many pathways suitable to each student's actual abilities.
