Samsung's continued use of the same display panel across all three Galaxy S25 models may be a factor in saving costs and simplifying the repair process. However, the cost of replacing the back glass is higher, suggesting that the price reduction for the screen mainly comes from the display panel itself, not the protective glass material.

- Motherboard replacement cost:

In contrast to the cost of replacing the screen, the cost of replacing the motherboard increases by more than 4000 INR (approximately 1.2 million VND).

Accordingly, the Galaxy S25 will cost between 27,380 and 29,760 INR, while the S24 will only cost between 23,130 and 25,630 INR.

The S25+ will cost between 28,630 and 31,970 INR, while the S24+ will cost between 28,510 and 31,270 INR.

Users of the S25 Ultra will have to pay between 37,150 and 46,060 INR, while users of the S24 Ultra will only have to pay between 32,380 and 35,670 INR.

The cost of replacing the battery for all three Galaxy S25 models is also higher than for their predecessors, even though the capacity and internal design remain unchanged.
