Recently, Leaker Digital Chat Station has revealed some important information about the Mate 70 Pro version.

Accordingly, Huawei Mate 70 Pro can be equipped with a 4-sided slightly curved LTPO OLED screen with a size of up to 6.88 inches. The screen will have a resolution of 1.5K with a refresh rate of 120Hz, integrated with a 3D ToF sensor for fast and secure facial recognition.

The source also revealed that the main camera of the Mate 70 Pro will use a 50MP sensor with a size of 1 / 1.3 inches, integrated with the ability to change physical aperture. Most likely this is the Omnivision OV50H sensor currently used on the Pura 70 Pro model.

The Mate 70 Pro's periscope camera is also upgraded with a brand new 50MP sensor, supporting 3.5X optical zoom and integrated macro photography. This will be a big step up from the Mate 60 Pro's 48MP periscope camera.

However, leaks reveal that the device does not use an under-screen fingerprint sensor, but the fingerprint will be moved to the side and integrated with the power button.

The device is said to support 100W fast charging, 80W wireless charging and high-end IP68/69 water resistance standards. Although the battery capacity has not been revealed, Digital Chat Station believes it will not exceed 6,000mAh.

Mate 70 is the first smartphone line to come pre-installed with the HarmonyOS NEXT operating system developed by Huawei - marking complete independence from Android.
