After a period of implementation, the model has proven to be practically effective, contributing to improving the quality of advisory, management, education , and logistics-technical support work at the unit.

Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Hai Ninh, Head of Political Affairs of the Brigade, said: “Based on the practical requirements in managing, utilizing documents, and conducting propaganda and education, the Party Committee and the unit's command determined the need for a visual, modern, and easily accessible model. On that basis, the "Digital Transformation Corner" was built with the orientation of digitizing all documents, combined with the application of QR codes so that soldiers can access them quickly and conveniently.”

Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Hai Ninh, Head of Political Affairs of the Brigade, introduced and guided the unit's "Digital Transformation Corner" model.

During the implementation process, the unit conducted surveys of actual needs and selected key content in the fields of: planning, politics, and logistics-technical support for digitization. The documents were arranged scientifically and visually according to subject matter and standardized and integrated in QR code format. In addition, the unit proactively built a shared data storage system, ensuring easy updating, access, and management. Along with providing information, the QR code system also integrated online testing and evaluation content in the form of multiple-choice questions on important knowledge in the logistics-technical field such as: road traffic law, occupational safety and health, technical support procedures, etc. This helps military personnel learn and self-test, proactively consolidating their knowledge, contributing to saving time, improving work efficiency, and gradually forming a habit of working in a digital environment.

Captain Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Head of the Repair Station, shared: “Previously, when we needed to look up documents, we had to search through paper files or ask directly, which was quite time-consuming. Since the introduction of the "Digital Transformation Corner," all information is integrated and readily available; we can view it immediately by scanning the code. This is very convenient, especially in training and mission execution.”

Beyond simply digitizing documents, the model also plays a crucial role in propaganda and education. The unit has integrated propaganda content, videos, and vivid visual images to raise awareness among officers and soldiers about digital transformation, while also fostering interest in accessing information. Colonel Nguyen Van Cong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Brigade, affirmed: “The 'Digital Transformation Corner' model is not just a technical solution, but also a shift in thinking and working methods. Through this, it contributes to building a team of officers capable of accessing and mastering technology, meeting the requirements of the mission in the new era.”

In the coming period, the unit is determined to continue improving and upgrading the model towards a more synchronized and modern approach; expanding the content of digitalization; integrating more management and training software; and strengthening digital skills training for military personnel. Through this, the unit will gradually build a digital working environment, contributing to the successful implementation of the digital transformation mission in the Army today.
