Online payment records in the first quarter reached 94.34%

In the first quarter of 2024, the rate of online records reaching 84.41%; integrated administrative procedures and online payment implementation reaching 43.04%; online payment records reaching 94.34%.

The report of the Provincial People's Committee said that the total number of dossiers received and returned for the settlement of administrative procedures through the public postal service at the provincial level has been transferred to postal enterprise staff to receive 85,067 dossiers, of which 68,572 dossiers were online, accounting for 81%. At the district level, 127,176 dossiers were received, of which 41,119 dossiers were online, accounting for 32%.

The province's official email system is maintained in stable operation. All cadres, civil servants and public employees in state administrative agencies from provincial to communal level are provided with official email boxes.

Qoffice document management system focuses on all agencies and units in the province, connects the government document communication axis and integrates specialized digital signatures, serving the sending and receiving of electronic documents.

All units have implemented sending and receiving electronic documents (without paper copies) for most regular documents; the application of digital certificates and digital signatures has been deployed to 100% of state agencies in the province, from the provincial to the commune level. Currently, there are 25/109 services connecting and sharing data via the province's integrated data sharing platform (LGSP), reaching 23%.
