In the first quarter of 2024, the percentage of online applications processed through the entire process reached 84.41%; the percentage of administrative procedures integrated and implemented with online payment reached 43.04%; and the percentage of online payment applications reached 94.34%.
According to the Provincial People's Committee report, the total number of administrative procedure applications received and processed through public postal services at the provincial level was 85,067, of which 68,572 were processed online, accounting for 81%. At the district level, the number was 127,176, of which 41,119 were processed online, accounting for 32%.
The province's official email system is maintained and operates stably; all officials, civil servants, and employees in state administrative agencies from the provincial to the commune level are provided with official email accounts.
The Qoffice document management system is centralized across all agencies and units in the province, connecting to the government's document exchange platform and integrating specialized digital signatures to facilitate the sending and receiving of electronic documents.
All units have implemented electronic document exchange (without accompanying paper copies) for most routine documents; digital certificates and digital signatures have been deployed to 100% of state agencies in the province, from the provincial to the commune level. Currently, 25 out of 109 services are connected and share data through the province's integrated data sharing platform (LGSP), reaching 23%.
