On the afternoon of May 10th, Miss & Mr. Tourism Vietnam 2026 held a press conference in Ho Chi Minh City. Miss Trinh My Anh - the new CEO of the organizing unit - was present and shared her new role and future directions.

The highlight of the press conference was the unveiling of the crown and tiara named "Heavenly Sea Jade." Alongside the women's crown, the organizers also launched the scepter for the new Mr. Tourism Vietnam 2026. The winner will participate in Miss Globe 2026, and the winner will compete in Mister Supranational 2026.
This year's competition features 50 contestants from diverse backgrounds and fields; after the semi-finals, the organizers will support each contestant in developing skills suitable for their respective international competitions. The domestic judging panel plays a decisive role, determining approximately 80-90% of the results. In the selection round for international representatives, both commercial and artistic factors are always considered equally.
At the press conference, the organizers also introduced the Wow! Vietnam Tourism media project, which is entering its third season, with Can Tho as the destination.
Taking on the role of CEO of the organizing unit at a relatively young age, Miss Earth Water 2025 Trinh My Anh admits that there is still much to learn but affirms that she will continue to improve step by step.
When asked about the possibility of participating in Miss Universe 2026, My Anh readily expressed her desire. She reflected on her journey in the Miss Earth competition, which involved considerable self-doubt, in order to find the motivation she needed.
"If I have the opportunity to participate in Miss Universe, I will try my best to improve myself and be worthy of representing Vietnam internationally. I will not let anyone down," she shared.
The main activities of the competition will begin on May 11th, with the two semi-final and final nights taking place on May 17th and May 23rd respectively in Can Tho.
