August, autumn 80 years ago, was seething with the spirit of uprising to seize power, opening the era of national independence. The high blue autumn sky of 80 years later is filled with the bustling sound of construction machines, the rumbling of the signal cannon entering a peak of labor and production, showing the determination and vision of the country in the era of rising up. The atmosphere of groundbreaking and inauguration of 250 projects and works simultaneously has created a vibrant picture of the present and promised a bright future, in which in Thanh Hoa province, 1 project was inaugurated and 2 new projects were started, demonstrating the strong determination of the province to keep pace with the country's development in the new period.
In the northern industrial area of the province - Bim Son Industrial Park - COFO Vietnam Tire Co., Ltd. inaugurated the Radial Automobile Tire Factory in the presence of provincial leaders, many officials and people in the province. The factory's products serve the export market, but are expected to contribute 20 million USD to the state budget, creating jobs for 3,500 workers, promising to make the picture of domestic budget revenue and the province's job market more vivid in the coming years. The inauguration of the project also further affirms the province's commitment to attracting investment, especially FDI investment.
Not only stopping at production projects, social security projects are also given great attention by Thanh Hoa province. And 2 out of many projects have been selected to start construction on this special day, which are the resettlement project of Hong Son village to serve the site clearance for the North-South high-speed railway project through Thanh Hoa province and the project to upgrade and renovate Son Thuy Primary - Secondary Boarding School, Son Thuy commune. These are the initial projects for a series of particularly important social works of the province, of national stature and significance, which will be continued in the coming days. It is expected that nearly 40 more resettlement areas will be built to serve the North-South high-speed railway project and 20 other school projects in the border area will be started by the province in 2025 and 2026. In particular, Thanh Hoa province plans to build and renovate 21 schools with a total investment of about 1,590 billion VND to improve the education of students in the border area.
The touching images on this special day show that political determination has been transformed into concrete actions, with projects of century-long stature. A new, higher and more meaningful development phase has begun after the historic moment of August 19, 2025. And to soon realize the goals and commitments set out, we all need to fully grasp the spirit that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh directed at the ceremony, which is "all must be united for the common goal, for the benefit of the people, the nation and the people". When each level, each sector, each locality acts urgently and responsibly, all bottlenecks are removed, potential is opened up, then the goal will come true.
