The first students from private schools to be admitted to the Party.

On the afternoon of June 12th, the Party Cell of Hanoi College of Industry and Trade held a ceremony to admit Phi Ho Hai, a student in the dual-degree program in Applied Informatics, class of 2021-2024, as a Party member.

The Party cell of Hanoi College of Industry and Trade held a ceremony to admit Phi Ho Hai (a student in the dual-degree program in Applied Informatics) as a Party member – the first Party member in the group of private schools under the Thanh Xuan District Party Committee.

Speaking at the party membership induction ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Business Sector in Thanh Xuan District, said that this is a memorable and important milestone in the life of new party member Phi Ho Hai - the first student from the private schools under the Thanh Xuan District Party Committee to be admitted.

Congratulating new Party member Phi Ho Hai, Associate Professor Dr. Ngo Kim Khoi - Secretary of the Party Branch and Principal of Hanoi College of Industry and Trade, emphasized that in each academic year, the work of developing Party members is one of the school's top priorities. Throughout its operation, the Party Branch and the School's Board of Directors have always received attention, guidance, and support from the Party Committee of the Thanh Xuan District Enterprise Bloc as well as the Thanh Xuan District Party Committee.

“The Party cell has gained a new member, the first student of the school to be admitted into the Communist Party of Vietnam . This is a particularly important and meaningful event for the school, affirming the results of the work in educating revolutionary ideals, ethics, lifestyle, and inspiring aspirations for life in young people,” emphasized Associate Professor Dr. Ngo Kim Khoi.

Attending his son's party membership ceremony in his work uniform, Mr. Phi Anh Hung, father of the new party member Phi Ho Hai, shared: "My son and I feel extremely honored, proud, and moved by this party membership ceremony. I work as a truck driver's assistant, and even though I was transporting goods in Long Bien district, I still asked my boss to let me come to the school to encourage and share the joy with my son on this important day."

New party member Phi Ho Hai and his son were joyful, emotional, and proud on their party membership day.

"As a truck driver's assistant, a job that often takes me away from home, all I can do is advise my son to study hard so he can gain knowledge and have a chance to escape poverty. He is self-disciplined in everything he does, so his parents feel at ease going to work. The family also feels reassured because he has a career path in mind with the support of his teachers," Mr. Phi Ho Hai shared.

Over the years, the Thanh Xuan District Party Committee's Standing Committee has consistently focused on and effectively implemented party membership recruitment, ensuring both the required number and improved quality.

To continue effectively implementing Project No. 20-DA/TU, dated October 24, 2022, of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee on "Improving the quality of Party member recruitment in the Hanoi City Party Committee in the new period," the Standing Committee of the Thanh Xuan District Party Committee has set forth tasks and solutions. These include continuing to raise awareness among Party committees, Party organizations, and Party members about the position and role of Party member recruitment and the necessity of improving the quality of this work.

Simultaneously, organize practical activities to cultivate and raise awareness about the Party in schools and businesses. Renew the understanding of Party committees at all levels regarding the recruitment of Party members, recognizing that Party membership recruitment is for the entire Party, not just for the district Party committee; the group of candidates for Party membership consideration can be divided into two categories: those admitted at the branch/committee level; and those transferred to other locations...
