Questions and Answers on Vietnamese History

The Tre Publishing House, in collaboration with lecturers from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - the Young Humanities group, organized the compilation of the 10-volume series "Questions and Answers on Vietnamese History" .

Specifically: From its origins to the 10th century; Vietnam under the Ngo, Dinh, Early Le, Ly, Tran, and Ho dynasties; From the Lam Son Uprising to the first half of the 19th century; The First Resistance War against France (from 1858 to the end of the 19th century); The beginning of the 20th century to the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (1930); From the Nghe Tinh Soviet to the August Revolution (1930-1945); The Second Resistance War against France (1945-1954); The Resistance War against the US for national salvation (1954-1965); From the Tet Offensive to the Ho Chi Minh Campaign (1965-1975); Vietnam - The journey of construction and development (from 1975 to the present).

Compared to the previous edition, the series now includes a 10th volume. Volumes 1-9 have been revised and updated to reflect the latest information, and notably, the new cover design is attractive and geared towards younger readers.

Volume 10, "Vietnam - The Journey of Construction and Development (from 1975 to the present)," covers a period marked by significant milestones: social transformations following national reunification, the period of reform beginning with the 6th National Congress in 1986, the period of accelerated growth and integration into the world, the struggle to protect national sovereignty , and the maintenance of social security and order.

The book series, edited by Associate Professor Dr. Tran Nam Tien, features a question-and-answer format in each volume, delving into a specific period while ensuring scientific accuracy and conciseness for easy reading.

Each book contains 100 questions about historical figures and significant events of each period.
