Conference to Evaluate the results of expanding the UNIS Hanoi Preschool Education Innovation Program for the 2024 - 2025 school year

Effectively implementing the movement "Schools join hands to develop, teachers share responsibility", on the morning of September 25, 2025, at 20-10 Kindergarten, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi Department of Education and Training held a conference to evaluate the results of expanding the UNIS Hanoi Preschool Education Innovation Program for the 2024-2025 school year.

This is an important activity to summarize a year of implementing the professional support program between high-quality kindergartens and model kindergartens in the city. At the same time, the conference is also an opportunity to deploy professional support directions for the 2025-2026 school year, in the spirit of Official Dispatch No. 3465/SGDĐT-GDMN dated September 3, 2025 of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.

Attending the Conference were Ms. Nguyen Thi Hao - Deputy Head of Preschool Education Department, Hanoi Department of Education and Training; Ms. Tran Bao Ngoc - Coordinator of the Preschool Education Innovation Program of the United Nations International School UNIS; Representatives of leaders and managers of high-quality preschools and key schools participating in the program.

After one year of implementation, the program has brought about many positive changes:

Regarding teacher expertise : The team of teachers has mastered and effectively applied techniques to stimulate thinking, knows how to construct open questions, and adjust activities to suit children. Skills in organizing language development activities and innovating methods in activities to familiarize with literature and mathematics have been significantly improved.

Regarding the quality of children's activities : Children are more active and proactive in learning; boldly ask questions, share opinions, and know how to cooperate with friends. Vocabulary, expression ability and logical thinking are significantly improved.

In the 2025-2026 school year, the program will continue to expand with 08 kindergartens participating in internships at high-quality schools. This is a practical step in the strategy of developing Hanoi preschool education towards international integration, sustainability and humanity - for the comprehensive development of children.
