A scientific conference on genes was held in Da Nang City.

PacBio's PRISM gene science conference, organized in collaboration with DKSH, aims to connect regional scientists with international experts and sequencing technology professionals.

On April 15th and 16th, in Da Nang City, DKSH and PacBio organized the annual PRISM 2025 scientific conference on genes, featuring activities to exchange ideas and promote scientific discovery.

This is the second scientific conference on genetics held in Southeast Asia, aiming to connect Vietnamese scientists and researchers with international experts, access advanced gene sequencing technology, genomics research, and global expertise.

These advanced sequencing solutions are being applied in many important fields such as human genome research, plant and animal sciences, infectious disease research, and oncology.

In addition to presentations from genetic science experts, the program also includes in-depth workshops and exhibitions showcasing the latest sequencing technologies, promoting innovation in genetic research in Vietnam.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ton Cam Tram, General Director of DKSH Vietnam Business Unit Technology, said that connecting Vietnamese scientists with genomics research technology helps domestic researchers develop through international cooperation, knowledge exchange, and access to modern sequencing trends.
