Conference on social criticism on standards, training sectors and management of cadres and civil servants of communes, wards and towns in the province

The leaders of the Provincial Women's Union chaired the conference.

Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations; leaders of the Provincial Women's Union, districts and cities; Chairmen of the Women's Unions of communes and wards: Nong Tien, Trang Da, Luong Vuong, Nhu Han, Thai Binh , Hoang Khai representing 138 commune-level Union officials.

Delegates attending the conference listened to the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs present the draft Decision on promulgating the Regulation on standards, training sectors and management of cadres and civil servants of communes, wards and towns in Tuyen Quang province, drafted by the Department of Home Affairs. Accordingly, the draft Regulation issued with the Decision consists of 15 articles and 5 chapters. Delegates participated in the debate at the conference.

At the conference, the delegates basically agreed with the draft Decision on promulgating the Regulations on standards, training sectors and management of cadres and civil servants of communes, wards and towns in the province. The delegates also gave some opinions, suggesting that the drafting agency consider, edit and supplement the draft document with some missing and inappropriate contents such as: adding some data analysis tables in the section on cadre standards; editing and supplementing words and some articles in chapter 3 to make them suitable; needing more specific analysis of the reasons and necessity of changes to training sectors; some legal bases...

The drafting agency has received the opinions of the delegates to continue editing, supplementing and perfecting to ensure that when promulgating documents, they ensure correctness, suitability with the reality of social life and effectiveness in organizing the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws.
