- National Highway 4B (from km3+700 to km18) with a total investment of more than 988 billion VND has basically completed the upgrading and renovation. To ensure traffic safety, enhance the landscape and improve the environment, the Lang Son Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board (investor) has planted more than 5,000 trees on the median strip of this route.

Specifically, the investor planted more than 5,000 lucky bamboo and string of pearl trees along more than 13 km of median strip. The trees were trimmed and neatly shaped, with moderate height so as not to affect traffic.

Replacing iron fences with trees on the median strip brings many benefits. Not only does it contribute to beautifying the landscape and improving the environment, the trees also help prevent glare from headlights of oncoming vehicles, contributing to ensuring traffic safety on the route.

It is known that the investor has spent more than 10 billion VND on this tree planting project and currently, the entire work has been completed.
