Huawei launches 12.2-inch MatePad Pro multi-function tablet 2025

Huawei has just launched the MatePad Pro 12.2-inch 2025 tablet. This is a model that combines the portability of a tablet with the performance close to that of a laptop.

The 12.2-inch MatePad Pro 2025 comes pre-installed with the PC-standard WPS Office 2.0 suite, allowing you to create, edit, and print documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Users can combine it with the Huawei Glide detachable keyboard, which supports both traditional PC mode and drawing board mode. This keyboard has a slot for charging the stylus, and comes with the M-Pencil 3rd generation.

The product's screen uses PaperMatte Display technology with an anti-glare matte surface. The screen is certified by SGS High Performance for Visual Fatigue Reduction 2.0, Non-Reflective and Eye Care 3.0 from TÜV Rheinland.

With a thickness of only 5.5 mm and a weight of about 512 g, this is one of the thinnest and lightest tablets in the segment, providing comfort when holding and using for long periods of time for tasks such as watching movies, working as well as inside backpacks and bags when traveling.

The highlight of the MatePad Pro 12.2 inch 2025 is the 12.2 inch Tandem OLED screen, 2.8K resolution (2,800 x 1,840 pixels), 144 Hz refresh rate and maximum brightness of up to 2,000 nits. Huawei said that Tandem OLED technology with layers of LEDs stacked at the nano level allows for vivid color reproduction with impressive high contrast. This screen can display 1.07 billion colors and covers the P3 color gamut, ideal for both creative work and entertainment.

One of the improvements that Huawei emphasized is that the device has been pre-installed with the PC-standard WPS Office 2.0 application suite, allowing users to create, edit and print documents similar to a computer. Combined with the GoPaint application and Huawei Note, it allows users to have more creative tools for work and entertainment. Thanks to that, Huawei has positioned the MatePad Pro 12.2 inch 2025 as a "3-in-1 tablet" with the experience of a tablet, PC and drawing board.

The device uses the HarmonyOS 4.3 operating system with a smooth interface, supporting smart multitasking (split screen, floating window). Along with that is a 10,100 mAh battery that supports up to 12 - 14 hours of use and 100 W fast charging (0 - 85% in 40 minutes), ensuring continuous performance throughout the day.

In the Vietnamese market, Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 inch 2025 will officially go on sale from September 5, priced at 23.99 million VND.
