In the tranquil atmosphere, the plateau seems to be slowly telling its own story.

Ama Win Cafe features a unique longhouse-style architecture.
Dak Lak , where I live, is known as the coffee capital of Vietnam. Robusta coffee, with its rich, strong, and bitter flavor, dominates the area. As a coffee farmer, I'm familiar with the sight of ripe coffee cherries and the delicate scent of white blossoms carried on the breeze every March.

For me, each coffee bean contains a touch of sunshine, wind, and the diligence of honest, down-to-earth farmers. Therefore, despite the hustle and bustle of life, I still maintain the habit of drinking coffee every morning to nourish my soul.

The interior of the restaurant is decorated in a style typical of the Central Highlands.
Among countless cafes with diverse modern styles, I chose AMa Win, familiar with its longhouse architecture of the Ede people. The wooden staircase is carved in the shape of breasts and a crescent moon, symbols of the matriarchal culture of the local people. The interior space also has a distinct Central Highlands feel, with gongs hanging on the walls, several jars of rice wine, bamboo baskets, a fireplace, dried gourds, corn kernels, bundles of rice... all elegantly and impressively arranged.

What makes this cafe even more appealing is its pure, handcrafted coffee. The coffee beans are selected from ripe cherries in the garden, sun-dried, and then roasted over a wood fire to preserve their full flavor.
The owner skillfully blends Robusta with a portion of Arabica, highlighting the strong bitterness, delicate aroma, and subtle sweetness of the coffee. Each drop of this rich, dark brew exudes a distinctive, intense fragrance unmatched anywhere else.

Each coffee bean is carefully selected before drying.
Sitting and sipping coffee while admiring the traditional longhouse, I felt like I was gently touching the rhythm of life in the Central Highlands: peaceful, warm, and full of unique character.

I am happy to enjoy coffee every day.
In the lingering aftertaste on my tongue, the essence of the red basalt soil region is present and deeply etched in my consciousness. I silently feel it with each drop of coffee that trickles down.

I have a habit of drinking coffee every morning to nourish my soul.
