How to make fried chicken breast balls

Place the ground chicken in a large bowl with the minced onion and garlic, chopped cilantro, salt, pepper, MSG and fish sauce. Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and supple, let stand for about 15 minutes to absorb the spices.
Crack two eggs into a bowl and beat them. Prepare cornstarch and breadcrumbs in two separate bowls.
Put on nylon gloves, apply cooking oil, then take a small amount of chicken mixture, roll into small balls. Dip the chicken balls in cornstarch, roll in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
