(Dan Tri) - Today (July 15), the Southeast Asian U23 tournament will kick off in Indonesia. This is the tournament in which U23 Vietnam is the champion in the last two editions in 2022 and 2023.

The 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Championship will officially kick off from July 15 to July 29 in Indonesia. Vietnam U23 is the champion of the last two tournaments in 2022 and 2023. Therefore, coach Kim Sang Sik and his team are still highly appreciated before the tournament.

This year's tournament brings together 10 teams (Australia and Singapore do not participate) divided into 3 groups. U23 Vietnam is in group B with opponents U23 Laos and U23 Cambodia.

I always encourage the players to see this tournament as an opportunity to grow and develop, rather than just aiming for results.”
